Here's something that I want to see. I would love someone to set up a poll on the internet asking if you would turn your back on Scottish football if either Rangers walk away with a CVA and no action taken by the SFA, or they get in to the SPL as a NewCO.

I for one would. I am a celtic supporter, and I subscribe to celtc tv so I can watch the games every week, but I will not be renewing if any of the above happens, and I have to say that it pains me to say that.

Didn't I read when Chaz started his takeover if the CVA got rejected then the deal to buy wee Craigy's shares is off??

This not mean he can't start a Newco unless he strikes a new deal with Sir Whyte?

If the panel do anything bar boot the Rangers out of the SC, which is not enough then I bet that rangers will go to court again. Cannot believe that the SPL have not declared prima facie on dual contracts yet and also that EBT tribunal have not returned a verdict. There is me thinks aligned skullduggery to get a cva rejected and then liquidate to avoid any penalties. Do you think they are going to just cast off the debt and reenter the SPL with minimum sanctions using votes already counted for by closet gers supporters in other clubs. Even hearts who have lost a fortune will have had their vote registered on one side or other and I can guess which one. They have also conveniently got rid of yorkstons vote with Dunfermline going down and replaced by a much friendlier vote by Ross County. What are your views Phil?

There can be no agreement with HMRC to appoint a Liquidator, this can only be appointed by the creditors at the creditors meeting. BDO will be appointed interim Liquidator up to the meeting, but if Ticketus vote, they can appoint their own guy. See where this is going?
