I think it is important in business, as in life, that people are on the level with you.
Therefore I hope that everyone in the new regime at Ibrox is fully armed with all of the salient facts.
It is, of course, possible that some folk made assumptions that were incorrect about the state of play of the finances.
Moreover, if you are going into business it is always a good idea to be sure of what everyone is bringing to the table.
I understand that Mr David Cunningham King may possibly have been misunderstood apropos the level of liquidity that he would provide to the new regime.
It has to be said that this can happen in even the best run enterprises and no one should blame themselves if this miscommunication did in fact occur.
However, it can sometimes lead people to have second thoughts after the initial flush of ‘victory’ has passed.
The new regime is very fortunate in also having a chap like Mr Douglas Park, a Real Rangers Man of considerable net worth, on the board.
I am sure he can be of great assistance in meeting any minor difficulties in the coming period.
It would be, of course, unfortunate if he was having second thoughts about the entire venture.
However I’m sure that will not happen.
Although meetings can sometimes get heated it is important that everyone is on the same level.
