I fully agree with ged grebby. Racism is far too high. My family also agree with me as the racism is just so ott. i hate it when i go to school and hear people chanting harsh words that are by no needs appropiate. i ahte the fact that my friends get bullied for being from pakistan and africa or even have parents that are foreign.

Fair enough if you haven’t seen any Rangers fans wearing England shirts… Blind people are as welcome at football games as anyone else.
Separate the other issues a bit there though because they aren’t inherently linked. Celtic fans would have more of a reason to wear Ireland shirts (I assume that’s who you are referring to) and I’m sure you know why given their foundation. Is that a problem?
As regards the second part of the ‘concern’ it’s a whole other topic about who was where and did what to who that won’t be agreed upon for as long as I can see. But what I will say is that there is a pattern for people condemning songs that may be of rememberance and commemoration rather than support, and that most do not realise, or care to distinguish betewen them. Additionally, many songs have been sung to describe the actions of a number of Scottish ‘soldiers’ (term used loosely) over the years. And I think ‘sick’ may be a very apt word indeed.

Anyway…wasn’t this discussion about racism?? Have you any rasist football jerseys or songs you’d like to bring up?

I have never seen any Rangers fans wearing England tops, But I am aware that there are numerous Rangers supporters clubs in england who travel to all home games.

England is part of the UK, just like Scotland and Northern Ireland and Wales, If I were you, I would be more concerned with Celtic fans wearing the top of a foreign nation and singing song of support to a terrorist organisation who killed Scottish soldiers and murdered British citizens, Now that really is sick

You are quick to take the moral high ground when the celtic fans sing there ANTI-BRITISH songs at all SPL games and spout all the crap in support of a murderous terror group known as the IRA. BUT it wouldn’t surprise me if you ignored this, but its okay for the the catholics to spew out there ANTI-PROTESTANT crap, what i wrote is that not a form of RACISM and SECTARIAN BIGOTRY.
