Squirrels and white flags

So there were no squirrels spotted at the AGM.

Today was the day for those little arboreal distractions if they were available.

There was a meeting of the Sevco High Command yesterday, and the AGM script was crafted to a very high Level.

It would appear that everyone kept on message today in a Churchillian way.

They’re in court at the end of next week against Big Mike.

Moreover, the Sevco High Command have been told by a learned brother that Ashley’s legal case is very strong.

I am told that if Big Mike’s legal counsel brings their A game to the court, then it will be another demolition derby.

Interestingly, I just learned that a  dignified intermediary reached out to Ashley only very recently.

My source said that the tone from Sevco was “pleading”.

However, the only terms on offer from General Ashley was unconditional surrender and public notification of same.

The Sevco High Command wanted the capitulation to be a submission behind closed doors with a mutually acceptable statement issued.

However, General Ashley wants the chaps in the Blue Room to be publicly humiliated in a way that even The People will be able to discern.

It is vitally important for Ashley that the reputations of King et al are destroyed in the eyes of the fans.

If that happens, then the even the most evidence-resistant Bear will not be able to wrap themselves in the dignified denial blanket.

The Sevco High Command wanted to be able to present that agreed statement to the shareholders at the AGM today.

Had Ashley been amenable it would have been a brilliant result for the Blue Room chaps.

However, General Ashley remains on a war footing and therefore there was no sign today at the AGM of Sciurus carolinensis sevconius.

Anyone who thinks that Sevco is an investment opportunity is the same thing that those little guys collect in the summer.

Nuts!

I was wondering if there was a way to petition the HOLY Father to include Mike as a living SAINT which in these Holy circles is indeed a rarity in the fact that he is a male.

God Bless Mike and all his Holy off-spring.In the name of the Reebok, Nike and Holy Adidas, Amen

All we have heard from rangers today is because of Ashley’s grip on the merchandise Rangers can not move forward but surely the income from this would not be enough to dig them out of the hole they are in and Ashley is being used as the bogey man which the whole of Rangers troubles, this can not be the case surely that even the most die hard fan can see this

Wow I wouldn’t like to be at his table on christmas day
All party hats and trumpets (NOT).
    bullet points .
Club 1690 to pony up to buy the shares that no sane investors would even want for xmas .
The loaf is an oaf in the tranfer market
The new club would be in the CL if big mike would walk away
No bullish claims anymore ,only passing the bunnet roon
The last one either means he thinks the gullible won’t swallow swallow anymore b******t (stop laughing at the back) or he knows their tea’s oot and there’s no point of making a t*t of himself

so what’s in it for Ashley if he gets a grovelling troupe of barefoot ashes clad brothers licking his made in China sand shoes….???

The people would never buy as much as one lake ball from his stores if their dignified consuls where publicly humiliated like this….would they….??

And even if he gets the lot….He has to spend a fortune on the dome…the car park….and all the rest…..for what….???

He hasn’t turned Newcastle in to Barcelona upon Tyne…..so what’s his angle in Govan…???

Has it ever occurred to the current Ibrox board, when their house of cards falls, the directors most exposed to the fans ire will be those who are UK based? There is sufficient evidence in the public domain about the lengths some of those fans will go to against those they have issues with regarding their club.

Even the most evidence resistant bear would not be able to wrap themselves in the dignified denial blanket, really?

You have a higher opinion of them than I do.

Phil JJ is suggesting a deal of 75/25 is on the table in Sevco’s favour, this seems to be in stark contrast to what you are saying. Two of the most respected bloggers seem to me to be saying the opposite.
As usual I could again be wrong, help please.

It was clearly a squirrel, or it would’ve been le piece de resistance at the AGM.

As it is, the whole scam remains un piece de merde.

        If you’ll excuse my French.

My take was that JJ was being fed a line from a usually reliable source but he couldn’t quite see what was in such a deal for MA and so was doubting it’s veracity
